Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Time:

Every order undergoes processing within a span of 5 business days and will subsequently be shipped within 10 business days.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Upon the shipment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including your assigned tracking number(s). These tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours of receipt, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for reasons related to hygiene, safety, or customization, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds on purchases unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, as outlined below:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work swiftly to address the issue and provide you with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or an exchange, subject to product availability.

  2. Exceptions to the No Return/Refund Policy: If an exceptional circumstance arises that necessitates a return or refund, our customer service team will carefully assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
